By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: I understand that Wings N Things SFL LLC. (WNT), AMP Aero Services, Homestead-Miami Speedway, and NASCAR shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained by me or any other party before, during, or after the event. In the event of a failure to make payment for sponsorship dues, I understand that my sponsorship with WNT will be forfeited, and I shall have a grace period of 5 days to rectify the payment. I acknowledge that any payments made for sponsorship are nonrefundable and non-transferable. If the scheduled event is canceled or postponed for any reason, WNT reserves the right to rollover my sponsorship to the next available event without any additional charges. I confirm that I have read and understood all terms and conditions outlined in this contract and agree to abide by them.

A SA2020 Snell rated helmet is REQUIRED for track day participation for drivers and passengers.
A waiver form is REQUIRED for drivers and passengers to participate in track day activities.
Passengers can sign a waiver at the event.
